Feature:

Features

Default approvers and administrators as either a suggestion or an enforcement

Schools now have the ability to set defaults for administrators or approvers which saves time for teachers and takes the guess work out for teachers in having to select each time.

New Feature:

Multi-step approval

PCG now supports a multi-step approval process where the proposal approval will move from one approver to the next as each step is approved.

New Feature:

Filter student names when selecting students

When selecting Year and Class groups during the proposal process and you want to find individual students for selection or removal from the excursion cohort, you can type and search part or all of their name and the results will automatically be shown.

New Feature:

Subjects – select students from subject group

Filtering and selecting students via subject groups is now supported. This is particularly relevant for senior schools, where student cohorts are filtered based on year and subject.

New Feature:

Co-curricular and sport groups, select students via these groups

Filtering and selecting students that are part of a co-curricular or sport group is now supported. For example, the debating team, soccer team or chess club.

New Feature:

Displaying the risk assessment rating within the STB application

The risk rating now appears within the application allowing you to see it before you export the risk assessment. That may help the teacher and approver.
