Log in to your Assurance site.
Under the
Resources
drop-down in the top menu bar, select theDocuments
option.From the document library, click on the
Upload Documents
button.Drag and drop your file in the pop-up window that appears, or click on the
Add Files
button and select your file.Select the relevant Document Category. This should match the PolicyConnect Module that relates to the document (e.g. Registration, Child Protection, Student Duty of Care).
Click on the
Start Upload
button to upload your file.Click on the
Key
link for your new file to navigate to it’sDetails
page.Click on the
Edit
button.Check the
Publicly Downloadable
box and then click the blueUpdate
button to save your changes.After updating, you will be redirected back to the documents
Details
page. Copy the link in theGeneric Link
field.

Open your CompliSpace shared Box folder in your web browser.
Navigate to the location you would like to place your file.
Click on the
Upload
button in the top right corner of the page and select theFile
option.Select your file and upload it.
Once your file has uploaded, click on it’s
Create and Copy Shared Link
button.Ensure the link settings are set to
People with the link can view and download
.Copy the link to your document.
Linking to your File
Once you have uploaded your document to Assurance or Box, you may insert a link to it within a Context Key.
Ensure you have copied the link to your filedocument.
Locate the Context Key you wish to add your file link to. To learn how to locate and edit Context Keys, please see our Managing your PolicyConnect Context Keys guide guides.
Edit the Context Key.
Enter the text you would like your link to display.
Highlight your text and then click on the
Add Link
button.Enter your link in the text field that appears.
Hit the return key on your keyboard.
Click on the
SAVE
button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window.
